How long till I receive my
carpet?
In most cases your new carpet will be sized and bound the same day you
place your order. Depending on your location your carpet should arrive
within 7-10 days of shipment. Please allow ample time between your
purchase and event to avoid higher next and second day shipping charges.
I'm hosting a major event. Is
there a limit on the amount of carpet you supply?
No, we cater to all. From major award events that require large
carpeted area's to a single event carpet. We
deliver to your needs.
How can you offer such
affordable pricing?
Our long term partnerships with our carpet supplier has allow us to
achieve a lower purchasing price for quality materials, thus we can pass
the savings on to you.
Can you provide me carpet
samples?
Yes, we can provide you samples of any color carpet we stock. If you
have a pantone number please contact us and our sales representative will
advise you on the color match we can provide.
How long have you been in the
carpet business?
Our parent company has been in the floor covering business for over 42
years and proudly provides carpet for major broadcasted events in the New
York area.

Rent
vs Purchase
In times of high fuel prices it is now more cost efficient
to purchase your event carpet. If you rent you still must
pay the fee of the rental plus your chance of receiving a
carpet that is damaged, soiled or stained. You must also pay
the freight on shipping your carpet to and from your
location.
Purchasing
on the other hand eliminates the high cost of shipping your
carpet back plus you own the carpet for future events or
resale. Our discount prices make this method a very
affordable solution.
Returns...
If you are not completely satisfied with our lush event
carpet, simply contact us for return information within 10
days from the day you receive your event carpet. All we
charge is the freight from delivering the carpet and sending
the carpet back to our warehouse location: Grand Carpets,
151 Route 31, Flemington, NJ 08822
We
will not
accept damaged carpets. We will credit the purchase back
after we receive your returned carpet and inspect it. You
must contact us 1-877-594-7166 EST before you send it back.
Please
note
Although rare, if you have called and placed your
order and later decided to cancel after we have cut &
bound your carpet, you will be subject to a restocking fee
charge.
